Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Closet AI ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the My Closet AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Community Guidelines — Zero Tolerance Policy

My Closet AI has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior on the social feed. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Spam, scams, or misleading content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonation of other individuals
• Sharing personal or private information of others without consent

4. Content Moderation

All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms will be removed immediately, and the user responsible may have their account suspended or permanently banned at our sole discretion.

5. Reporting and Blocking

You can report objectionable posts and block abusive users at any time using the menu on any post. When you block a user:

• Their content is immediately hidden from your feed
• Our moderation team is automatically notified to review their content
• They will not be able to see or interact with your posts

6. Third-Party AI Services

The virtual try-on feature is powered by Google Gemini AI. When you use this feature:

• Your model photo and clothing images are transmitted to Google's servers
• Google processes these images solely to generate the virtual try-on result
• You are asked for explicit consent before any data is sent
• You can revoke consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & Safety

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service offers consumable token packs and an auto-renewable subscription ("Closet Pro"). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Unused tokens from consumable purchases do not expire
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Service. By posting to the social feed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post and that it complies with these Terms.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in permanent bans. You may delete your account by contacting us at the email below.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated try-on images or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
